Nicolas A. Mancillas

Mr. Mancillas was born in Fresno, California, and is a descendent of Mexican immigrants. He was raised in the small agriculture community of Easton, California where he attended Washington Union High School. He then attended San Diego State University, wherein 2016, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Mr. Mancillas is the first college graduate in his family. Shortly after graduating, Mr. Mancillas returned to the Central Valley of California and in 2016 joined the Law Firm of Perez, Williams, Medina & Rodriguez, LLP as a law clerk.

Mr. Mancillas continued to work as a law clerk while attending law school at San Joaquin College of Law where he received multiple scholarships for his academic excellence and leadership and was an active member of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity. While attending law school, Mr. Mancillas gained valuable experience in personal injury, civil litigation, probate, and wage and hour claims. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from San Joaquin College of Law in 2021. Mr. Mancillas currently represents clients in personal injury, products liability, premises liability, and other complex civil litigation cases as well as employees in wage and hour claims.

Mr. Mancillas takes a personal stake in each case that he handles and strives to obtain the best possible result for his clients. He also prides himself on providing his clients with the attention that they deserve; always keeping his clients interest at heart, and ensuring that his clients are well informed.

Mr. Mancillas enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys the outdoors and spends his spare time traveling and exercising. He also is a big sports fanatic and enjoys attending sporting events and rooting for the San Francisco Forty-Niners and San Francisco Giants.
